NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Feb. 25, 2008 – Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has promoted Jeanne Callahan to director of contracts and pricing. She reports to Tom Johnston, vice president of contracts and pricing for Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding-Newport News.

Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding, a newly-formed sector of Northrop Grumman Corporation, is made up of the former Northrop Grumman Ship Systems and Newport News shipbuilding entities.

Callahan’s responsibilities include central contract administration, estimating and pricing program support. She has cognizance over contracts and pricing processes, tools, compliance, risk and provides cross-contract project support.

“Jeanne brings a wealth of experience to her new role as director,” said Tom Johnston, vice president of Contracts and Pricing for Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding-Newport News. “Her experience and knowledge in finance, contracts and budgets will contribute greatly to the continued success of our growing sector.”

Prior to this appointment, Callahan held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility including assignments in operations finance, overhead budgeting, corporate strategy and audit. She most recently served as manager of contracts and pricing.

Callahan earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and a master’s of business administration from the College of William and Mary. She currently resides in Yorktown, Va.
